Research Part 3

Continuing from the research that I left off last time, today I started on researching a bit more about fantasy related stuff, I actually go and find out what kind of things there are that are actually counted to be fantasy. I find some really nice fantasy character design by others and also some nice creatures which I may use it for my sketching later on. I also try to look up on some fantasy theme websites as to see how they look like and was impress with some of the website as it was very nice.

Tutorial

Today I actually go and explore a bit on Photoshop as I think that I would need to use it quite often in the future so I think that might as well I go and explore about the different functions in Photoshop so that next time when I design stuff or want to create logo or other thing, I will know how to use it. I found a tutorial on how to use Photoshop to create a picture that is given and there is step by step as to how to do it, so I follow it and do. After doing it I actually found some really useful functions in Photoshop that I can use in the future.

Research Part 2

Today I went to research on designs that is done by other people to have a idea of how does it look like and how it is being done. I go and look up for fantasy related graphic design like logo or web design and after looking at some of it actually give me the idea of how it is like. I also look up for some videos or animation that is related to my theme "fantasy" as videos and animation are some of the thing that maybe I will do and put it in my portfolio so I want to understand how people actually put fantasy into animation or video so that next time when I do it, I can do a better job.
